Teaching teens driving technique may not prevent accidents

Many Connecticut parents get very anxious when their teenager prepares to get their driver's license. They want to keep their child safe when he or she is on the road, but feel helpless because they cannot be with their child at all times. However, there are valuable lessons that parents can pass on to their children in order to help make them better drivers and increase their awareness about the car they are driving and about road safety in general.

Multiple car crash claims one life

Very few local residents think about losing their life when they get into their cars. Rather, they placidly go about their daily tasks confident that today will be just like any other day. However, fatal car accidents are an unpleasant reality that unfortunately occurs far too often. Recently, a multiple car crash on a local highway was responsible for the death of one of the drivers of the vehicles involved in the crash.

Individuals who are allowed to be on an owner's property

Property owners must always be aware of the premises liability risks for their property and what actions should be taken to prevent accidents. It's also important to understand how courts, insurance companies and legal representatives view the different types of individuals who enter a place of business and what property owners' legal responsibilities are to these people. Most courts identify three main groups of people who might have reason to be on someone's property.
